Money-Back Policy

1. Scope
This policy covers paid programs arranged with Mergenodeconnect Academy where a fee applies. Informational prices on the website are not checkout flows; contractual terms are confirmed in enrollment correspondence.
2. Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on your enrollment agreement. Where no separate agreement exists, the following baseline applies for direct Academy enrollments.
3. 14-Day Cooling Off
For eligible distance contracts under Korean consumer rules, you may withdraw within 14 days from purchase if digital content has not been fully accessed or consumed as defined in your agreement.
4. Partial refunds
If you participated substantially in live sessions or downloaded protected materials, partial refunds may apply proportional to usage.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party fees, certification exam fees paid to external bodies, and customized deliverables explicitly marked non-refundable are excluded unless required by law.
6. Process
Email hello@mergenodeconnect.digital with your enrollment reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We respond within 7 business days with next steps.
7. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where technically possible.
8. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date without penalty.
9. Exceptions
Misconduct, breach of acceptable use, or fraudulent chargebacks may disqualify refund requests.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (E-Commerce Act) and related Korean consumer regulations.
